George Foreman Grilled Salmon with Cherry Tomatoes and Mushrooms

Ingredients
  1. 2 salmon fillets(250g)
  2. 1 branch of cherry vine tomatoes
  3. 4-5 closed cup mushrooms
  4. 2-3 sticks of spring onions
  5. Coriander
  6. Ground Black Pepper
  7. Savory
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill for about 5 minutes
  2. Lightly score the salmon across the skin
  3. Wash mushrooms, cherry vine tomatoes and spring onions
  4. Peel mushrooms and cut in medium-sized chunks
  5. Add mushrooms, cherry vine tomatoes and spring onions to a bowl
  6. Coat lightly with olive oil and season with ground pepper and savory
  7. Toss everything on the grill and take off after about 5 minutes
  8. Clean up your mess, add coriander to the plate and enjoy your lovely grilled salmon with mushrooms, tomatoes and spring onions
